Partners Pulse is comprised of several daughter companies: training company DOOR Ukraine, research agency Target, entertainment complex Shooters, Italian Restaurant Walter's, and Hotel Impressa.

Pulse is also a member of the charity organization Kyiv Lions Club. Together, the top managers of Pulse and members of Kyiv Lions Club annually organize the longest and most successful charity event established in Ukraine — Burn’s Night. Burn’s Night raised over $100,000 for Lions Club Charities in 2009 and was attended by more than 600 VIP guests from the Ukrainian and foreign communities.
